Vendors are required to be present for 3 days. The fee is $775 per 10’x10’ spot. The only option is to purchase a 3 day vending permit, we are doing this to make sure we have maximum animation for the festival. We can provide a tent if needed. We will also provide lighting and a table. Please sign below and return the form with entry fee ASAP. We have more requests then space, it is first come first serve basis. We will need fee plus form to secure a spot. Food vendors must get a permit from town. All load in information will be provided once confirmed
No refunds will be granted. If payment is received after spaces are full, a refund will be issued ASAP. Strict adherence to assigned vendor space, vendor behavior, and vehicle parking will be strictly adhered to.
LIABILITY RELEASE
I agree to release from all liability and to indemnify and hold harmless Mammoth Reggae Festival and the respective owners, The Neighborhood Company, The Village at Mammoth, sponsors, agents, employees for any damage, injury, harm or death to myself or any person or property for any reason in any way connected with my participation in Mammoth Reggae, to the fullest extent of the law.
I fully understand that the sponsoring organizations, owners/ managers of the site and event are not responsible for loss, stolen, damaged product, equipment or merchandise nor accident and or injury to the staff involved with the event and to not hold harmless any of the above businesses or individuals for any or all liability.
